Our house is located in the desirable suburb of Broadbeach and is inspired by our beautiful beaches & exudes a relaxed, coastal vibe. It is filled with plenty of natural light & provides multiple, beautiful backdrops for your next shoot.
With a Hamptons style exterior, the entrance to the house welcomes you by way of 'wrap around' steps to the beautiful verandah, complete with an antique cane setting and two stunning potted Birds of Paradise that frame the beautiful blue entrance door.
The entry of the house is spacious & filled with light and leads your eye straight down the hallway to the sparkling pool. Once inside, french doors lead you into the media room, with classic surfing prints and a huge projector screen.
A luxurious kitchen and butlers pantry features shaker style doors with gold accents and a stunning stone benchtop. Two ovens, two sinks & copious bench space makes it a dream come true for chefs or to display your products. One of the key features of the butlers pantry is a beautiful porthole window.
The dining & living area are filled with natural light, with sheer curtains framing the gorgeous pool. It features a 10 seater dining table, coastal furnishings & custom built cabinetry to match the kitchen.
Adjoining this is a lovely alfresco area, perfect for relaxing shots, with a backdrop of tropical gardens, pool & the Surfers Paradise skyline.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the guest suite adorned with a window seat with a stunning mountain backdrop. The kid's room is fun & tropical with bunk beds & a teepee.
The highlight of upstairs is the Master suite, complete with a king sized bed, raked ceiling, VJ feature wall, hanging pendants & a patio with a magnificent view of the "Jewel towers".
The Master Bedroom links seamlessly to the ensuite, featuring a free-standing egg bath with a skyline view & a skylight which highlights the blue herringbone feature wall, all of which makes for the perfect backdrop for stunning photos or video.
Heading outside to the pool area you will find a Sunday Supplier Co black fringed umbrella with accompanying pool lounges next to the aqua colour waters of the pebble-crete pool. Dotted around the pool area are a mixture of Elephant Ear and Birds of Paradise plants in large white pots. This is definitely a space that is warm, relaxing and very coastal.
