Inside, set over two levels, this 6 bedroom home with expansive ceilings is bathed in natural light from both skylights and abundant windows.
Crisp white on white walls are complemented by the homes neutral colour palette and soft oak flooring.
We offer a carefully curated collection of Australian homewares featured throughout the house with a focus on natural textures and textiles, artworks from Australian artists such as Jai Vasicek and Tahnee Kelland adorn the walls accompanied by ethically sourced pieces from the likes of The Dharma Door.
A selection of bathrooms are available and evoke a balmy Mediterranean vibe, with bespoke terracotta tiles from Jatana Interiors, arched glass shower screens and entrances, Venetian plaster walls, brushed brass tapware and a stand alone bath in the master bathroom with views overlooking the resplendent greenery outside.
The galley kitchen and butlers pantry are an entertainers delight, with a vintage inspired Falcon oven, encaustic cement tile feature splash back, reclaimed timber shelving to showcase beautiful wares, a huge island bench made for product placement.
Outside, we have a variety of shoot locations to offer, all with our modern, coastal Mediterranean aesthetic.
The Pool House features white render throughout, wrap around rendered bench seating, custom Coco Republic circular table, malawi chairs from Abide Interior, a handcrafted bar area with terracotta tiling, cane barstools, luxury flooring in French Riviera Travertine and arches for days inviting the lush bushland backdrop to peek through.
The Pool Area features a continuation of the stunning French Riviera tile, bamboo pool loungers and an infinity edge.
The Front Patio features bespoke tiles from Jatana that welcome you under a reclaimed timer pergola covered with tendrils of bougainvillea beckoning you towards our substantial glass entry door.
The Main Patio area offers multiple seated areas, a dining table from Raw Interiors and white timber lounge setting. Just off here, is our stunning reclaimed timber pergola and our very popular hanging chairs.
The rear of the house features a long timber deck, potted greenery and an extensive garden bed of beautiful natives…kangaroo paws, grevillea, wattles…
We also have a stunning outdoor shower area coming soon!
From every chosen location you are spoilt with backdrops of soft green lawn, gardens, bushland or tropical palm outlooks to inspire your shoots.
Our grounds also offer a flourishing vegetable garden, abundant with flowers, garden beds adorned with Australian Natives and a 2 acre bushland forest with a dam.
